Job Responsibilities:
•Design and develop engaging and creative computer-based training courses with minimal technical supervision.
•Create outlines, storyboards, scripts, and prototypes of training content and proactively shepherd drafts through appropriate reviews, updates and approvals. Record voice over narration where necessary and develop a method to check for understanding of quizzes, tests, etc.
•Conduct reviews of content with subject matter experts and test modules on learning management system for technical success.
•Create job aids, guides, and assessments as needed.
Required Skills
•4 years of developing e-learning required.
•Demonstrated skill and experience in using Articulate and Storyline required.
•Knowledge and experience working in power industry a plus
