What are the responsibilities and job description for the Instructional Designer position at Noise Consulting Group?
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging and creative computer-based training courses with minimal technical supervision.
- Create outlines, storyboards, scripts, and prototypes of training content and proactively shepherd drafts through appropriate reviews, updates and approvals. Record voice over narration where necessary and develop a method to check for understanding of quizzes, tests, etc.
- Conduct reviews of content with subject matter experts and test modules on learning management system for technical success.
- Create job aids, guides, and assessments as needed.
Required Skills
- 4 years of developing e-learning required.
- Demonstrated skill and experience in using Articulate and Storyline required.
- Knowledge and experience working in power industry a plus
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $42.00 per hour
