Job Description The Lead Analyst Process and Performance Reporting will help to continue to advance the Electric Business Unit along its path of continuous improvement. The expectations of this role include: completion of process work as assigned, providing ad-hoc analysis for the organization, identification of metrics which will help improve team productivity or efficiency, and becoming a trusted advisor to the organization for questions regarding process and performance. -Specific project is most likely documenting and improving the current process of enabling 3rd party attachments. (Companies like Verizon utilize our poles to mount their lines and we need to improve the process to track, bill, and sell these)

Key Responsibilities:
Completion of Process work as assigned
Creation of artifacts for performance meetings at all levels.
Supporting team members in creation of data visualizations to demonstrate performance
Develop metrics that demonstrate quality, time, or cost performance
Management and communication with key stakeholders across the business
Qualifications:
Passion for data and data enabled business process improvements
Experienced utilizing the Lean & Six Sigma skillsets (Process Mapping, Critical Problem Solving, Data analysis, Solution Selection, Kaizen events, Mistake Proofing, Kanban applied digitally)
Good communicator
Experienced user of MS office suite including Word, Excel, PPT
Experience with statistical analysis software such as Minitab or similar
Experience with Visio or similar, Sharepoint, and MS Power Apps
Desired Knowledge & Experience
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience
Experience working in a fast-paced operations environment
