The Network Infrastructure Sales organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business group. While bringing deep understanding of markets for our customer, this sales organization ensures strong alignment between our customers, presales, and delivery teams.
Within the organization, the Account Manager is responsible for managing existing and developing new businesses as a team member. The team consists of other account managers and sales engineers that support T-Mobile. The team is responsible for selling products, solutions, and services from across the Nokia Network Infrastructure portfolio.
You will work closely Sales Engineering, Business Development, consulting engineers, sales support, delivery teams, and program managers.
For this role, the Account Manager will be responsible for supporting and selling to T-Mobile, primarily in the Bellevue, Washington location. The Account Manager drive the pursuit of new opportunities and the nurturing of existing businesses that span the Nokia Network Infrastructure Portfolio (FTTX, Wi-Fi, Routing, Optical and deployment services).
As part of our team, you will :
- Be a lead interface for pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
- Establish relationships with target customers across all roles within the operator (CxO, engineering, operations, marketing, etc.)
- Partner with sales engineers to understand customer challenges and requirements, then drive orders by providing innovative solutions and product development in support of operator needs
- Articulate the Nokia vision on technologies and solutions toward the Customer
- Position Nokia as a thought leader on key technological developments
- Maintain a sales forecast in Salesforce.com which includes high / medium / low probability opportunities
- Work with internal bids and proposals team to create proposals for solutions and services
- Complete annual training requirements in support of building sales skills and increasing product knowledge
- Travel : up to 50% travel required
