SALARY RANGE : $148,162 -204,337 per year
WORK SCHEDULE : 40 hours per week, M-F (9 : 00 a.m.-5 : 00 p.m.)
Responsibilities
Nokia of America Corporation, Care Technical Lead (Multiple Positions), Murray Hill, NJ. Provide Tier 3 technical support for live network Subscriber Data Management (SDM) products, as well as Core Network Elements, 5G architectures, and Cloud Deployments. Participate in periodic emergency on-call support and independently lead the restoration of system outages and emergencies. Reproduce problems in Nokia's lab and validate solutions. Support software upgrades of the SDM products to new releases and validate the upgrade path to be used at the customer site for SDM solutions. Collaborate with Research and Development (R&D) to negotiate solutions and communicate and sell the solutions to customer teams (within Nokia) and customers (outside Nokia), including major US telecom providers. #LI-DNI
Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 6 years of related work experience (of which 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive). Or a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience with the following : Providing technical support for live network Subscriber Data Management (SDM) products; Working with Core Network Elements, 5G architecture, and Cloud Deployments; Supporting Cloud environments, including Openstack and Kubernetes; Working with IMS products, Diameter applicable standards, and LDAP Databases; Building release documentations; and Analyzing root cases and performing tests.
Domestic travel up to 10% required.
International travel up to 5% required.
Telecommuting may be permitted up to 100% anywhere in the US.
