We are looking for a Director, Licensing to join our team.
Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will :
- Lead the negotiation and finalizing of licensing agreements including the drafting of language to address complex legal and business concepts.
- Lead the negotiation and finalizing of NDA's
- Work with the litigation team to support litigation strategy and execution.
- Support licensing executives in achieving business goals and targets.
- Must be able to multitask across multiple licensing engagements and must be able to handle several license negotiations concurrently.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and a broad business perspective to design and develop projects, processes, and content relevant especially for our patent licensing business.
- Influence business strategy to address internal or external business and customer issues.
