- Define, develop and execute partner co-marketing strategies with key partners to maximize opportunities and drive growth for both parties.
- Develop with each partner a co-marketing plan that targets relevant enterprise verticals customer segments, and geographical regions, highlighting the fit of our Nokia NI portfolio and the complementary technology or value-add that the partner brings to a compelling solution offering.
- Provide marketing support and coverage across GSI, SI, VAR and Technology partners with an understanding of the maturity and capabilities of each partner in order to drive market impact and make the partnership as successful as possible.
- Manage the use of Market Development Funds (MDF) and Co-op funds accrued by partners for approved Marketing and Sales activities.
- Explore new ways of engaging with partners and their customers to learn about their business that uncovers new opportunities for Nokia Network Infrastructure products and solutions
- Develop co-branded content that articulates the combined strengths of the partner solution for reputation and awareness, contact acquisition and lead generation.
- Support co-branded events and activities to build end-customer contacts as well as lead generation.
- Set and track key milestones for each partner alliance.
- Comfortable working in a matrix organization - Support Partner Sales and Field Marketing for the local and regional partnerships.
- Support the Service Provider as a business (SPaaP) model where it fits within the overall partner marketing plan.
- Ability to clearly articulate and present the value and benefits of the Partner Program to the partners.
- Ability to collaborate closely with leaders across lines of business, sales, technical pre-sales, product line management (PLM) teams, business development, and the Marketing organization
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science or equivalent networking technology background or experience. MBA is an asset.
- 7-10 years of relevant and progressive experience in the ICT or Network Infrastructure domain, either in the Telecom sector or in other industry sectors with heavy adoption of Enterprise IP, Optical, Data Center and Fixed wired broadband solutions.
- Requires 5 years' experience in a team leadership role.
- Proven experience in marketing with strategic partners, channel partners, and broader partner ecosystems as well as in partner marketing support tools and co-marketing execution
- Excellent writing and communications skills are essential including the ability to create a well-structured narrative and write clear and concise content & creative assets to support that narrative that can effectively influence executives as well as customer prospects and industry influencers.
- Familiar with verticals and general enterprise market and Communication Service providers (competition, solutions, telecom / IT needs)
- Strong interest in the nuances of enterprise verticals, their unmet needs, and the potential of networking technology to improve their business outcomes.
- Enthusiasm in keeping abreast of technology and market trends, as well as competitive solutions and offerings
- Travel: Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10-15% of the time.
