The Project Management Office Manager position aims to be part of the project team in the project Orange Jordan (OJO) of FTTH Deployment.
This position is located in Network Infrastructures Business Group, in the Site Installation and Outside Plant Business Unit. It is a central position that will work integrated in the OJO project team in Jordan.
The candidate will work closely with the project team, interacting with them to manage the operational processes, the cost control, and the reporting to the management. It is a key figure in the communications of the project inside the SIOP BU community.

The Project Management Office Manager position aims to be part of the project team in the project Orange Jordan (OJO) of FTTH Deployment.
This position is located in Network Infrastructures Business Group, in the Site Installation and Outside Plant Business Unit. It is a central position that will work integrated in the OJO project team in Jordan.
The candidate will work closely with the project team, interacting with them to manage the operational processes, the cost control, and the reporting to the management. It is a key figure in the communications of the project inside the SIOP BU community.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
The PSO responsibilities are
Cost-control:
- Management of the input in the systems of all the costs of the project
- Proposing and supporting the implementation of improvements in cost control
- Elaborating and maintaining a resources plan of the project with all the internal people of the project team
- Elaboration periodically or when the inputs change, of the project’ ECPLS
- Calling and leading periodic risk review meetings
- Calling and leading periodic Change management meetings
- Maintaining in the JPC tool the risk register
- Manage the reports issued by the project, both for the project team and for the Business Unit (SIOP), scoping financial information and operational information
- Manage periodic project reviews with the Business Unit
- Manage the periodic project review with the Regional Business Center (RBC)
- Control of the invoicing from the customer.
- Support the GPM with the elaboration and implementation of the processes to be applied in the project.
- Support the GPM and pre-sales in RFP elaborations.
- Support the GPM in the audits to the project.
- Support the GPM in the management of the project in JPC tool
Skills and experience required:
- FTTH deployment process
- Project Finances
- Cost Control
- Non Compliance costs
- Project Profit and Loss (ECPLS)
- Project Management Skills:
- Risk Management
- Change Management
- Claim Management
- Project Communication management
- Planning Management.
- Resources management.
- Knowledge of NOKIA Financial systems (BPP/P20) is a plus.
- Strong English written and speaking skills
- Skills in Office 365, Sharepoint and Windows is mandatory.
