The S&T organization is spread over the entire globe. It is the Operations Excellence team's Business Operations Analyst role to understand the current practices of each organization, and how they align with best practices/standard practices. As a result of this understanding, the business operations analyst should drive and/or support the implementation of common solutions in reporting and processes across the organization to enable the organization to make informed business decisions. This includes automation via tools once a method is defined. The Business Operations Analyst should be technically proficient with the ability to quickly understand and utilize data models in building solutions for data analysis and visualization using low-code solutions. In this role, you will:
- Provide solutions to support requirements for business processes, organizational reporting and analytics including data extraction and visualization using the Microsoft Office 365 suite of products and services – PowerBI, PowerAutomate, PowerApps, SharePoint, Azure.
- Review existing solutions put in place for continuous improvement.
- Analyse process areas for improvement across the S&T organization in alignment with S&T Unit requirements based on current practice; help to design a consistent solution to improve the business area with a focus on process and tools (automation).
- Work with data providers to maintain and improve the data model that supports the S&T units data hub and reporting environment, ensuring that business requirements are met and correctly reflected.
Your skills and experience
You have:
- Master’s in Computer Science or Data Analytics.
- Expert in Microsoft Office 365 suite of products with a focus on PowerBI development, Power Automate and Power Apps, SharePoint, and Teams.
- MS certifications in Power BI, Power Automate, etc.
- Experience in business operations reporting and process definition (ex. headcount, monthly financials, KPIs.
- Previous Nokia internship or co-op experience.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, located in different time zones.
- Enthusiastic to share knowledge by providing team members training and guidance on solutions identified.
- Able to work in flexible and remote environments.
