How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Participate in Customer Validation Requirement feature study and test case creation
- Planning in test area coverage and create Customer Specific Verification Test Object List (TOL) for responsible area
- Test plan/case reviews
- Identify defects in software testing area and intercept defect leakage in customer deliverables.
- System build-up & integration basic knowledge
- Execution of Software drop testing and update the test results for assigned cases before review
- Provide gap mitigations and workarounds from 48hr candidate load testing
- Notify the delivery blocking issues to Customer test architect and technical lead
- Support the R&D and other test domains related to SW validation issues
- Accountability & On-time deliverables
- Prepare Escape Defect Analysis of assigned customer cases
- Customer case reproduction and investigation as needed
Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics or Electrical or Computer Science Engineering. Master’s degree is a plus
- At least 2-5 years of experience in SW/HW integration or system testing wireless radio access products
- knowledge of 5G and 4G E2E network architecture, including 3GPP standard, products (5G, 4G)
- Basic experience with test analysis, test planning and test case design
- Basic understanding of system Log analysis (e.g. BTSLog/syslog, ttiTrace, Emil, etc)
- Basic Experience with UE testing and UE log analysis (e.g. via QXDM, QCAT, UltraCaller etc)
- Basic Experience in the use of automation tools such as Python, Robot, NTAM is desirable
- Experience in developing automation test cases/scripts
