Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our logistics team at Nokian Tyres. This key role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, managing inventory levels, and coordinating shipping and receiving activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including scheduling and shipping/receiving.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock rotation.
- Train and supervise warehouse personnel to maintain high standards.
- Work closely with the Logistics Manager to develop and track performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution preferred.
- 5 years experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- 2 years supervisory experience, including scheduling and coordination.
- Valid forklift operator license and basic warehouse operations knowledge.
