To be successful, you possess:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced, upscale, cafe/specialty coffee environment. ( preferably managerial experience )
- NYC Food Handlers Permit
- Passion for providing an exceptional hospitality experience, guests above all else.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently with quality assurance being a constant focus
- Experience working in a high-volume specialty coffee environment (500 drinks/day)
- Upbeat attitude and works well within a small team.
- Ability to take direction, receive coaching and feedback, and strive to execute at a high level.
- An enthusiastic love of coffee and food and willingness and ability to learn extensively about the products we serve.
- Quality-focused, detail-oriented, and reliable
Salary : $1,400 - $1,700
