Construction Project Manager - The Construction Project Manager (CPM) plans, directs, and manages assigned design and construction projects in the commercial and residential sectors. The CPM will also oversee the professional development of junior PM’s and other construction division personnel. The CPM assumes responsibility for preconstruction and project budgets, schedule, and quality control, and works in conjunction with other team members to plan internal labor and subcontractor labor schedules. The CPM is responsible for determining materials, equipment, and labor needs for each assigned project with active monitoring of project budgets.
The Ideal CPM candidate :
- Verifiable work experience functioning as a project manager on residential and / or commercial construction projects with a project value ranging from $50,000 to $5,000,000 to include renovations, remodeling, additions, new residential and commercial construction projects.

Education : Undergraduate degree or equivalent directly related work experience
