As a Dual Property Hotel Sales Manager, you will be primarily responsible for driving group revenues with a focus on assigned market segments (Leisure, Business, Government, SMERF) for each hotel. You will manage all areas of sales according to company and brand standards, ensuring strong relationships within the local business community. This is a hands-on role where you will actively engage in securing, qualifying, and following up on leads to achieve revenue goals for each hotel.
- Revenue Management: Achieve and exceed budgeted REVPAR goals through strategic sales efforts.
- Guest Services: Demonstrate commitment to guest satisfaction by responding to group needs and fostering an exceptional customer experience.
- Sales & Marketing: Develop and execute sales plans, conduct outside sales calls, identify key accounts, and analyze market competition to drive business growth.
- Professionalism & Teamwork: Represent Nola Hotel Group as an ambassador by maintaining a polished professional image, fostering teamwork, and always seeking opportunities to WOW guests.
- Proven Sales Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
- Self-Motivated & Independent: Ability to work with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks and making sound business decisions.
- Relationship Builder: Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to multitask and stay on top of sales strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Hospitality Expertise: Knowledge of revenue management concepts, franchise standards, and hotel operations.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and sales operating systems.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift at least 15 lbs.
- College Degree Preferred in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
