Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities : Meet clients face to face to ensure their needs are met, provide ongoing support, and build lasting relationships through in person engagement. Attend your Entry Level Account Manager meetings to gather insights from clients, and report on key metrics to ensure continuous improvement in client satisfaction, sales and business success. Receive comprehensive training in account management, sales strategy, and client relations, with a strong emphasis on face to face client interactions. Monitor and support the performance of the sales team. Acquiring comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services to confidently address client inquiries. Develop rapport with clients through regular communication, understanding needs, and proactively addressing concerns.
