Throttle & Swing is a family entertainment center located at NOLA Motorsports Park. Our newly remodeled facility creates an all-in-one social experience, providing mini golf, go karting, arcade, event spaces, food and bar with a great outdoor space to hang out and socialize with friends, family or colleagues.
What we need!
Must be a dynamic and strategic leader with an exceptional customer service background. This role will require you to jump in and rebuild our standard operating processes and create a customer service training program that each employee must go through. Customer service is the number one key in this role! You must have a vision for what success looks like and execute that vision with little supervision. You will be responsible for creating and meeting budgets, revenue goals, marketing and sales outreach. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and direction of the Throttle & Swing brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Karting facility, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, safety, and efficiency
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and protocols to optimize performance and streamline processes with a focus on customer service
• Collaborate with department heads to coordinate activities across various functions, including track events, maintenance, hospitality, and administration
• Build a dynamic team and foster a positive, energetic culture
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Set clear goals and expectations for team members, and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, hospitality management, or a related fields a plus.
• Proven track record of success in operations management and business development roles, preferably within the entertainment or hospitality industries
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic business plans, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team toward achieving common goals
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and challenges
• Passion for entertainment and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for customers and stakeholders.

Salary : $35,000 - $65,000
