We’re seeking a high energy, dynamic Senior Sales Executive that can discover untapped business opportunities and close deals. Our ideal candidate will be expected to dive right in, take the lead, and build a strong sales team that can exceed our business goals. Objectives of this Role
- Take the lead and build a dynamic sales team that pushes us to the next level
- Creatively find new business and develop new ways to sell the facility
- Improve and grow our current customer and business relationships
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short / medium / long-term sales pipeline
- Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies that achieve strategic sales goals
- Build and motivate the sales team : This isn’t a role for anyone who’s satisfied with just “getting by.” track performance, push sales and exceed goals.
