What You’ll Do:
✅ Be the Face of NOLA Skyline! Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service
✅ Tour & Bookings: Conduct venue tours, explain rental packages, and secure bookings
✅ Event Coordination: Oversee setup, ensure vendors follow policies, and troubleshoot event-day issues
✅ Schedule & Staff Management/Payroll: Coordinate security, cleaning crews, and event staff to ensure smooth operations, including payroll
✅ Client Liaison: Work closely with clients from inquiry to event execution, ensuring a stress-free experience
✅ Schedule Management: Maintain the event calendar, coordinate logistics, and confirm vendor requirements
✅ Policies & Procedures: Ensure all venue guidelines are followed for a seamless event experience
✅ Social Media Savvy? Even Better! Help showcase our stunning venue through photos and event highlights
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Event experience is a PLUS! (venue management, wedding coordination, hospitality, or related experience)
✔ Detail-oriented & highly organized – you don’t just plan events, you bring visions to life!
✔ Strong communication skills – can you handle clients, vendors, and a little wedding day chaos?
✔ Ability to multitask & problem-solve – because no two events are ever the same!
✔ Flexible schedule – evenings and weekends are part of the magic!
✔ Experience coordinating schedules for staff, vendors, and security teams
✔ Knowledge of event planning software is a plus! (HoneyBook, Canva, Social Media Management, etc.)

- Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay: $35,360 – $39,520/year (based on experience) - $17/hr - $19/hr
