We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various areas of law and possess strong negotiation, research, and litigation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and represent clients in court
Conduct legal research and analysis
Draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and motions
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Handle cases related to personal injury / litigation cases.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Admitted to the state bar association

Bilingual in Spanish and English

Proven experience in legal drafting, writing, and litigation

Knowledge of various areas of law including personal injury and immigration preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
