As we continue to scale throughout the Southeast, we are seeking a Verizon Account Agent to join our growing telecommunications sales team. In this role, you’ll engage with Verizon’s new and existing customers, introducing them to Verizon products that best suit their individual needs. We're looking for someone who is empathetic, solution-oriented, self-assured, and dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers through a lead-driven system, conducting in-person meetings or virtual meetings
- Deliver interactive sales presentations focused on TV, internet, and phone solutions, highlighting the value of Verizon’s products.
- Build and nurture genuine relationships with customers, fostering brand loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay ahead of industry trends, product offerings, and market promotions.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales data, and any service concerns for seamless follow-up.
