WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Clean grounds and removing litter, debris and ensuring the property has exceptional curb appeal.
- Assist with pool maintenance.
- Assist with distributing resident notices.
- Assist in make-readies and other maintenance related tasks.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 1 years of job-related experience working outside or in the elements.
- General maintenance experience is preferred.
- Pool pump certification or training a plus.
