What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Crew Member position at Nolan Lawn & Landscape LLC?
We are looking for Full-time and Regular Part-time Landscape Maintenance Professionals in the Wallingford, Cheshire and Meriden area. This role involves various landscaping tasks, including:
-Mowing and trimming
-Shrub pruning
-Bed maintenance
-Mulch and stone installation
-Seasonal cleanups
-Snow removal and other landscaping duties
There is growth opportunity for the right individual. Compensation ranges from $20-25 per hour based on experience and leadership ability. Bonus's available for the top preforming crew and crew member.
Requirements
-Must be punctual, reliable, hardworking, and dedicated.
-Must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail.
-Must maintain a professional appearance.
-Must be kind and courteous to our customers and the public.
-Must have a valid drivers license with reliable transportation.
-Experience with basic landscape tools is a plus. (We will train the right individual)
-Mechanical experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to drive a truck with a trailer attached is required. (We will train the right individual)
-Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
