Job Summary:
We are a successful and growing roofing company, seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will generate leads, build client relationships, and close sales deals in the Residential Roofing Industry. A friendly, outgoing team player is a must, and cannot be afraid of heights! You must have a vehicle and ladder too!
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and establish relationships
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports
Skills:
- Proven work experience as an Outside Sales Representative or similar role
- Ability to manage accounts and meet targets
- Strong technical sales skills
- Familiarity with JobNimbus or similar CRM software
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively
