What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Body Technician position at Nolensville Collision Repair Center?
Looking to hire an apprentice level Auto Body Technician. Somebody with a solid set of tools of their own to start, preferrably 1-2 years of experience in the automotive field. More experience feel free to apply. You will begin with disassembly & reassembly and small body repairs. During disassembly its marking damaged/broken parts and communicating with the estimator(s) during the disassembly process.
This is a Team system, with a very experienced Lead tech. Team will be 3-4 technicians.
This is a position where you need to have basic hand tools (ratchets, sockets, wrenches, screw drivers, torx bits etc) to start & some electric tools (electric 1/4" ratchet, 1/4" impact driver etc)
Starting pay will be hourly $16 to Judge skill level and then transition to Commission based pay on a split with the team.
Monday-Friday 8am till 5pm. Simple IRA w/3% match after 1 year, Health/Dental/Vision insurance all available after 90 day probation period.
