Responsibilities
- Estimating service jobs and providing price quotes
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Processing purchase orders, job sheets, and invoices
- Communicating job status and logistics with Field Service Technicians, customers, and sub-contractors
- Collaborate with sales teams to enhance client services and drive customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or client services roles is preferred.
- Working knowledge of trades including construction, plumbing, electrical, etc
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in office software for data entry and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with cash handling processes is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to analyze situations critically.
