Job Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities within the groundskeeping team. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
- Plan and implement landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, and planting.
- Oversee irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure optimal water usage.
- Conduct regular inspections of grounds and facilities to identify areas needing attention or repair.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices in lawn care and landscape management.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work schedules and equipment usage.
