Job Summary
The Landscape Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing landscape projects and ensuring the successful execution of landscaping tasks. Duties
- Supervise and lead a team of landscape workers to ensure efficient project completion.
- Plan and execute landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, tree care, and irrigation systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to maintain quality control and safety standards.
- Train team members on proper landscaping techniques and equipment usage.
- Manage inventory of maintenance equipment necessary for landscaping projects.
Skills
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, including groundskeeping and garden care.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems are a plus.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
- Proficient in using landscaping tools and machinery safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- A strong understanding of horticulture practices related to tree care, lawn care, and overall landscape health.
- Clean drivers license
