Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled pesticide Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant health care lawn care, and pest control. This role involves applying various treatments and solutions to enhance the health and appearance of landscapes, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service. The Applicator will utilize hand held spray equipment, spray truck, and ride on spray equipmen.
Responsibilities
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides to lawns and landscapes according to safety guidelines and regulations.
- Operate and maintain various hand tools and power tools necessary for application tasks.
- Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and materials to job sites.
- Conduct landscape assessments to determine treatment needs and provide recommendations to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, including types of products used and areas treated.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding treatments.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience in one or more areas lawn care, pest control, or landscape maintenance is preferred.
- Proficiency in using equipment
- Strong driving skills with a valid driver's license.
- Knowledge of IPM practices related to pest control and landscape management is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various outdoor environments.
- A commitment to safety practices in all aspects of work.

Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
