NetSuite Administrator
This role is responsible for NetSuite ERP maintenance and system improvements, governance and control design and implementation, along with supporting financial reporting within the Royal Canin / Mars ecosystem. The NetSuite Administrator reports to the Controller and collaborates with all departments of Nom Nom to ensure the processes are functioning seamlessly. This individual must have a strong focus on improving efficiencies within the organization.

NetSuite Administrator
This role is responsible for NetSuite ERP maintenance and system improvements, governance and control design and implementation, along with supporting financial reporting within the Royal Canin / Mars ecosystem. The NetSuite Administrator reports to the Controller and collaborates with all departments of Nom Nom to ensure the processes are functioning seamlessly. This individual must have a strong focus on improving efficiencies within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for NetSuite ERP maintenance, along with a desire to continuously improve system use and integration for greater efficiency across the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other business applications. Develop and evolve NetSuite to meet the needs of the Mars integration journey
- Partner with third-party providers and internal cross-functional teams to drive the automation of manual processes
- Owner of relationship with NetSuite Account Manager and third-party NetSuite consultants
- Responsible for training new users, maintaining access levels to protect security and ensure compliance with company policies. Serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day support resolving NetSuite issues or queries
- Supports design, documentation, and implementation of company governance and controls policies and procedures in alignment with Mars Control requirements. Monitor system security and ensure proper controls are in place
- Assist in the preparation and filing of audit schedules and documents
- Support the finance team in special projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 - 5 years of NetSuite experience; experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- NetSuite technical expertise, experience with ongoing system improvement is a must for this role and experience with implementations is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively across different departments and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-driven with the ability to work with minimal direct supervision
