NetSuite Administrator

This role is responsible for NetSuite ERP maintenance and system improvements, governance and control design and implementation, along with supporting financial reporting within the Royal Canin / Mars ecosystem. The NetSuite Administrator reports to the Controller and collaborates with all departments of Nom Nom to ensure the processes are functioning seamlessly. This individual must have a strong focus on improving efficiencies within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for NetSuite ERP maintenance, along with a desire to continuously improve system use and integration for greater efficiency across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other business applications. Develop and evolve NetSuite to meet the needs of the Mars integration journey
• Partner with third-party providers and internal cross-functional teams to drive the automation of manual processes
• Owner of relationship with NetSuite Account Manager and third-party NetSuite consultants
• Responsible for training new users, maintaining access levels to protect security and ensure compliance with company policies. Serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day support resolving NetSuite issues or queries
• Supports design, documentation, and implementation of company governance and controls policies and procedures in alignment with Mars Control requirements. Monitor system security and ensure proper controls are in place
• Assist in the preparation and filing of audit schedules and documents
• Support the finance team in special projects as needed
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 - 5 years of NetSuite experience; experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• NetSuite technical expertise, experience with ongoing system improvement is a must for this role and experience with implementations is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively across different departments and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Self-driven with the ability to work with minimal direct supervision
