Must have basic dysrhythmia testing competency Must be willing to float between ICU and stepdown This is a float assignment with daily staffing adjustments every 4hrs, with potential to be pulled to a new assignment in 4hr blocks of time Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the unit/department to which staff is assigned. Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
