Progressive Care Unit. Floating policy: may have to float in between PCU units or float to med-surg floors. Every other weekend may be required. Must have : Critical thinking skills, EKG rhythm interpretation, cardiac drip, insulin drip and heparin drip experience. Patient Ratios : 1:4 to 1:5 on days, 1:5 to 1:6 on nights.
