We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to play a crucial role in facilitating the implementation of our NomadGo app at clients’ sites. Your responsibilities will include inventory cataloging, capturing photos and videos, app testing, and overall site organization to ensure the success of the proof-of-concept project. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Conduct on-site visits at the client's locations 
• Catalog client product / items accurately using designated tools and software. 
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of the site, showcasing various aspects relevant to the project. 
• Test the NomadGo models and app functionalities thoroughly to identify any issues or areas for improvement. 
• Troubleshoot to clearly identify and successfully remedy database configuration, model or app related issues. 
• Organize the site layout and inventory placement in alignment with project requirements. 
• Communicate effectively with the team to provide regular updates on project progress and any challenges encountered. 
• Adhere to project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks. 
• Maintain professionalism and represent NomadGo positively during interactions with the client and other stakeholders. 
• Support other projects and initiatives as required. 

Requirements 

• Educational Background: Bachelor of Science degree preferred, or equivalent of experience and education   
• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in inventory management, retail, or technology implementation projects. 
• Foodservice and/or restaurant experience preferred but not required 
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and documentation. 
• Proficient in using smartphones, tablets, and digital tools for capturing photos and videos. 
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and environments. 
• Must be accountable, responsible, and self-sufficient in managing workload and meeting project objectives. 
• Location: Must be able to work on-site at our office in Redmond, WA. We believe creative work and great ideas come from face-to-face interactions. Business travel requirements are anticipated to not be more than 30% per month.

• $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Pay Transparency  

The annual base salary for this position based in the United States is detailed above. The salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on Nomad Go’s compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Nomad Go utilizes the full width of the range. In addition to the salary range, U.S employees are eligible for a stock option grant and to participate in the company’s standard benefit programs, which currently include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) participation, paid time off and certain leaves of absence.
