We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving customer adoption within existing and new customers, deepening relationships with key enterprise accounts, and ensuring that NomadGo’s solutions deliver maximum value. You will have the opportunity to overachieve and earn uncapped commissions with accelerators based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
- Understand customer goals, challenges, and how NomadGo’s solutions align with their strategic objectives.
Revenue Growth
- Identify opportunities to expand NomadGo’s footprint within existing accounts on a Global basis.
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business deals with Enterprise-sized organizations (500 outlets), leveraging your strategic insight to demonstrate the value of NomadGo
- Drive sales opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Account Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product engineering, customer success) to address client needs and ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor account health, identify potential risks, and implement proactive measures to ensure customer satisfaction.
Advocacy and Support
- Act as a customer advocate within NomadGo, communicating client feedback and insights to improve products and services.
- Lead regular business reviews to ensure alignment between NomadGo’s offerings and customer objectives.
Reporting and Analysis
- Track and report on key account metrics, including usage, adoption, and ROI.
- Provide accurate forecasts for account growth and retention.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales roles, preferably within SaaS, AI, or technology solutions targeting enterprise customers.
- Skills:
- Proven track record of managing complex accounts and achieving growth targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with computer vision, spatial AI, or related technologies is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate client needs and areas of under-served value, proposing solutions that delight
- Location: Must be able to work on-site at our office in Redmond, WA. We believe creative work and great ideas come from face-to-face interactions. Business travel requirements are anticipated to be 50% per month to meet with enterprise clients.
Salary Range and Benefits
- $250,000 - $300,000 depending on experience

Pay Transparency Notice: The annual base salary for this position based in the United States is detailed above. The salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on Nomad Go’s compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Nomad Go utilizes the full width of the range. In addition to the salary range, U.S employees are eligible for a stock option grant and to participate in the company’s standard benefit programs, which currently include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) participation, paid time off and certain leaves of absence.
