We are seeking a motivated and goal oriented Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our team in Seattle. In this role, you will focus on selling NomadGo’s solutions to major restaurant brands, contributing to our mission of revolutionizing the food service industry. As a NomadGo’s ISR, you will be developing the skills you will need as a future Account Executive.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development
- Prospect, identify, and qualify leads within the restaurant industry.
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social channels to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
Account Management
- Manage and grow relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Maintain a high level of understanding of NomadGo’s solutions and their value to restaurant brands.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to address customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.
Sales Execution
- Close deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate terms and agreements aligned with NomadGo’s business objectives.
Collaboration and Reporting
- Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly update CRM with accurate data and activity tracking.
- Provide regular updates on sales progress and pipeline health to management.
Support other projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an inside-sales, business development, or related role, preferably within a SaaS or technology solutions for the restaurant industry.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and relationship-building.
- Familiarity with the restaurant industry and its operational challenges is a plus.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. salesforce, hubspot) and sales enablement software.
- Location: Must be able to work on-site at our office in Redmond, WA. We believe creative work and great ideas come from face-to-face interactions. Business travel requirements are not expected to be over 20% per month.
Salary Range and Benefits
- $100,000 - $120,000 salary range, depending on experience

Pay Transparency Notice: The annual base salary for this position based in the United States is detailed above. The salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on Nomad Go’s compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Nomad Go utilizes the full width of the range. In addition to the salary range, U.S employees are eligible for a stock option grant and to participate in the company’s standard benefit programs, which currently include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) participation, paid time off and certain leaves of absence.
