**Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional communication skills.
**Duties:**
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Communicate with commercial tenants, write, organize and monitor leases (we can provide training)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Assist in organizing and executing company events
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Occasional pick-up/drop-off of children
- Completing a multitude of various tasks within set timelines
**Experience:**
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to proofread documents for accuracy
- Experience in event planning and coordination
- Proficient in calendar management using tools like Outlook Calendar
- Capable of transcribing meeting notes accurately
- Knowledge of project coordination techniques
