Responsibilities
- Book reservations for guests and owners
- Provide information and assistance in choosing vacation accommodations based on availability, amenities, finances,, and location of properties
- Process any guest credits and or refunds
- Answer incoming calls promptly and provide guests with accommodation information
- Convert telephone inquiries into reservations
- Enter all inquires into the appropriate customer database
- Address guest and vendor issues or concerns independently or assist/refer to appropriate department
- Encouraged upsells by offering guests additional services or special packages and discounts
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, recording, mailing, and computer data input
- Assist guests with their current reservations
- Assist owners with general questions and inquires
- Ability to follow established procedures, while problem-solving where procedures do not yet exist
- Receive and respond to inquiries from potential guests via phone, email, and webchat
- Have the ability to define in detail the needs of prospective guests and guide them to suitable options
- Ability to assist with overflow call volume on guest in-house matters, including cancellations and guest issues
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our destination, vacation rentals, and policies and procedures
- Process daily reservations reports and review terms and conditions
- Be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, owners, vendors, managers, and all other employees

AVAILABILITY:
We are looking for someone who is committed to working a full-time position.
COMPENSATION:
Starting at $21.00 per hour, plus commission. Compensation is also based on experience and qualifications. Additional bonuses and raises are available after the probationary period.
