Who we need

Nomis is seeking a highly motivated Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Go-to-Market team. This role, reporting through the Product team, acts as a crucial link between sales, product, and marketing to deliver solution-focused messaging and programs to market. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our growth by executing marketing strategies and equipping the sales team for success. This strategic, hands-on position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, growth-driven environments and is eager to make a meaningful impact. What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create solution-driven marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.
  • Analyze performance of marketing campaigns, content, and sales activities to optimize efforts and guide decision-making.
  • Work with internal subject matter experts to create lead generating and brand building content.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing partners focused on demand generation and thought leadership content.
  • Design, implement, and document automated workflows in HubSpot and Salesforce that drive lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Ensure CRM processes are optimized for managing leads and opportunities effectively.
  • Take charge of organizing key events, including conferences and Nomis-hosted gatherings like the annual Client Advisory Board meeting.
  • Provide operational support to ensure the success of active and new partnerships.

What you bring

  • 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or revenue operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot and Salesforce. Admin experience is a plus.
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to independently create and execute end-to-end solutions and process improvements.
  • Exceptional time management skills and acute attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • The expected salary range for this role is $105,000 to $120,000 USD for the US and $105,000 to $120,000 CAD for Canada.
