The Challenge (Job Summary)

NOMS Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing forecasts, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize financial performance. This role will play a critical part in budgeting, reporting, and financial planning efforts across the organization.

Your Day to Day & Essential Functions:

• Analyze financial statements, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Conduct market and industry research to identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance financial efficiency and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Assist in ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.

What You Need to Succeed (Competencies and Education):

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, financial software, and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare finance, reimbursement models, and regulatory compliance is a plus.

Environment/Working Conditions: Work performed in office but can have some flexibility working from home. Involves interaction with staff and physicians
