Seeking a Creative Partner : Photographer, Videographer & Content Creator 🎥

We are looking for more than just a content creator—we are looking for a creative partner to help us capture, shape, and share the story of our community.

As a female-forward organization, we’d love a gal for this role , but we are open to the right fit. Please only apply if you are present in San Diego or willing to commute twice a month.

We are a San Diego-based networking series that brings together thousands of women every month for connection, conversation, and community. Our gatherings are filled with meaningful moments, real conversations, and powerful connections—and we are ready to tell that story in a way that inspires, engages, and impacts .

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone just starting out who wants to build their portfolio with consistent, paid work —or for an experienced creator who wants to use their talents to serve a meaningful mission.

What We’re Looking For :

• San Diego-based (or willing to commute from SoCal at least twice a month) —We need someone local, flexible, and excited to be part of the team.
• A content creator who can capture high-quality iPhone footage for Reels / TikToks—filming with intention, movement, and storytelling in mind.
• Someone who can craft post-event recaps that bring the energy of our events to life. This isn’t just about filming—it’s about creating content that makes people feel something .
• A photographer / videographer who captures the magic in the details —from beautifully plated brunch spreads to candid, joy-filled moments of connection .
• A visionary, not just a contractor —someone who is excited to grow with us, bring fresh creative ideas, and elevate our brand’s visual storytelling .

Upcoming Events & Schedule :

First Event : Our Annual Valentine’s Event – Saturday, February 8th (Fingers crossed you’re available!) This is one of our biggest and most special gatherings of the year!

Ongoing Schedule : We typically select 3-4 events per month for content capture.

Event Times :

Saturdays : 10 AM – 1 PM

Sundays : 11 AM – 2 PM (sometimes 12 PM starts)

Occasional Midweek & Evening Events

Compensation & Opportunities :

15 – $25 per hour, based on experience.

Consistent, paid opportunities to build your portfolio while working alongside an engaged, thriving community.

The ability to offer your services to our group (huge opportunity if you offer branding, social media, or creative services!).

Recognition as an event sponsor , giving your brand visibility among a highly engaged audience.

We host around 10 events per month and are looking for creatives who can commit to 3-4 events monthly .
