Data Modeling Specialist (Salesforce)
Contract position, hybrid located in Washington, DC
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Modeling Specialist with expertise in Salesforce to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, data modeling, and experience working with Salesforce CRM and its data architecture. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing data models that ensure seamless integration, efficient reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data models within Salesforce to support business needs, ensuring data is organized, structured, and accessible.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective data models and database structures.
- Developer business analysts to ensure data integrity, consistency, and alignment with business processes.
- Analyze existing data models and recommend improvements or optimizations to enhance performance, scalability, and usability.
- Develop and implement data validation rules, data migration strategies, and best practices for data quality within the Salesforce platform.
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to support data integration and ensure data alignment across systems.
- Design reports, dashboards, and data visualization solutions to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in data modeling, with a focus on Salesforce CRM data.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, schema, and objects, including standard and custom objects, relationships, and data types.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design efficient and scalable data models.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
