The Non-profit Program Coordinator manages specific programs or projects within the nonprofit, coordinating activities, resources, and schedules, and ensuring the organization meets program goals. He or she will perform administrative duties related to fundraising, marketing and public relations and will work strategically with the CEO to increase the growth capacity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- Plan, coordinate and lead the execution of the organization’s schedule events and programs. * Ensures that the programs and events achieve stated objectives.
- Develop and manage an event calendar and implements programs and events that align with the organization's vision, mission, and goals.
- Leads Community Outreach and Partnership Building
- Budget Management and Cost Reduction
- Developing and executing a fundraising strategy to secure financial support from individuals, foundations, and corporations.
- Coordinate event logistics, publicity, including public relations, advertising and * collateral material design, production and distribution.
- Schedules monthly team meetings and keep meeting minutes.
- Create public awareness of the organization through social media postings and monitor all social media pages for messages, requests, comments, etc., on a weekly basis.
- Respond to emails, calls, and website inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
- Recruit and enroll young people to participate in She Believed Mentorship program.
- Coordinates fundraising, budgeting, and community outreach efforts.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
