Responsibility :

Design and engineer antibodies for various applications.
Produce and purify antibodies using different mammalian expression systems (CHO, HEK293, etc.).
Perform detailed antibody characterization using techniques such as HPLC, FPLC, and OCTET.
High-throughput antibody production and screening.
Analyze data and interpret results to guide the antibody development process.
Maintain a detailed and well-organized record of experiments in electronic notebook.
Collaborate with other team members to support internal and external projects.

Requirements :

PhD or MS in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in antibody design, production, and analysis.

Proficiency with software tools relevant to antibody design and data analysis.

Extensive hands-on experience with HPLC, FPLC, and OCTET.

Experience with different expression systems for antibody production.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Others :

Excellent organizational and planning skills in order to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Quick learner of scientific knowledge and experimental techniques.

Strong aspiration for drug discovery work, diligent, self-motivated, independent, strong sense of responsibility.
