Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the nondestructive testing industry.
- Experience in leading, teaching, and successfully coaching personnel.
- Project estimating skills within the nondestructive testing industry.
- The ability to grow a division within the Superior or surrounding regions of Wisconsin.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management programs and OSHA's General Industry Safety regulations.
