Responsibilities
- Working with other members of the accounting department to compile, analyze, and report accounting data
- Preparing weekly, monthly, and yearly financial reports
- Using bookkeeping software, SAP, and entering information into company files or databases, ensuring that all financial records are complete and accurate
- Ensuring that company bills are paid
- Implementing and enforcing financial and inventory controls
- Staying current on company, local, state, and federal financial regulations, and policies
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; or Equivalent Experience Preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint required
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
- 0-3 years experience in the Accounting field preferred
- Bilingual (Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Korean is a plus)

Salary Range: starting $50,000.00 per year, based on experience (Non-Exempt)
- (Negotiable depending on experience, excluding bonus, OT and other earnings)
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
