We are seeking a Power Division Manager for our beverage factory in the United States. This role is responsible for the overall management of the factory's utilities, including power, water, and gas, ensuring their safe, efficient, and continuous supply. The Facility Manager will also be in charge of environmental protection, safety, and compliance with local regulations.
Responsibilities :
- Work under the leadership of the Factory General Manager.
- Ensure the safe and normal operation of the factory's power network and the regular supply of electricity, water, and gas throughout the plant.
- Organize and manage environmental protection efforts and liaise with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop energy-saving plans and set reasonable energy consumption quotas.
- Manage the spare parts inventory.
- Organize the repair of faulty equipment in a timely manner and maintain records of all maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement annual inspection plans for major equipment.
- Continuously conduct safety education to ensure the safety of all employees and maintain a safe working environment.
- Organize technical training, assessment, and professional guidance for staff.
- Communicate and coordinate with electricity, environmental protection, and special supervision departments.
- Manage the training, performance, discipline, and other HR-related tasks for the division.
