Job Summary: We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Director to spearhead our market expansion in the United States. This role is pivotal in driving our brand's growth and market share within the dynamic FMCG sector, with a specific focus on the beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with our US market objectives, leveraging trade marketing experience to enhance distribution and visibility.

2. Oversee the creation and management of brand-building initiatives that resonate with our target audience and reinforce our market position.

3. Utilize your extensive FMCG experience to identify market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive activities, ensuring our marketing strategies are data-driven and effective.

4. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and marketing efforts, including product development, sales, and customer service.

5. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.

6. Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor movements, informing strategic decisions.

7. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, industry influencers, and event organizers, to foster brand visibility and reputation.

8. Mentor and lead the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and high performance.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience in FMCG, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role and proven trade marketing experience.

2. In-depth understanding of the US beverage market, with experience in beverage industry being highly desirable

3. Demonstrated success in brand building, with a strong portfolio of Integrated Marketing Campaigns that have significantly impacted brand equity and market share.

4. Proficiency in trade marketing to help the product go to market.

5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

6. Experience in managing and motivating a diverse team to achieve results.
