Senior Countertop Installation Specialist

About the Role

At Nonn's Kitchen Bath and Flooring, we are seeking experienced professionals to take on the challenge of installing laminate and cultured marble countertops for residential and multi-family projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Hold a minimum of 3 years of experience in laminate and cultured marble countertop installation.
• Be proficient in the installation of similar products.
• Use tools in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Maintain all safety standards on the job site.
• Hold necessary licensing and training requirements, including a valid driver's license.
• The subcontractor's operation must have proper insurance prior to starting a job assignment.
• Have a vehicle(s) to travel to current and potential job sites and customers.
• Be able to adjust schedule to meet demands of job site and customers.

Leadership Responsibilities

This position carries out leadership responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies, and procedures.

• Interviewing, hiring, and training employees;
• Planning, assigning, and directing work;
• Appraising performance;
• Rewarding and disciplining employees;
• Addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Physical Demands

• Must possess the ability to stand for long periods of time; reach with hands and arms; move among jobsites; sit, stoop, kneel, and crouch; lift and move up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance; see well enough to discern differences in quality of product and installation.
