Key Responsibilities:
Individual Support
You will develop an understanding of each person supported, their unique strengths, needs, goals, and desires. You will assist individuals in articulating and achieving their needs, goals, and desires.
Community Integration
You will work as a member of a team to support individuals in developing a full community-based daytime life, including skills and experiences associated with it. You will promote and support community engagement and participation.
Positive Image and Relationships
You will support and exert personal initiative to ensure that each person presents a positive image of themselves and the program. You will assist individuals in developing long-lasting and meaningful relationships with family, friends, community members, and co-workers.

Qualifications
