As a **Direct Support Professional**, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support to individuals, helping them achieve their goals and desires.
**Key Responsibilities:**
You will work closely with each person supported to develop an understanding of their unique strengths, needs, and goals.
**Individual Support**
You will assist individuals in articulating and achieving their needs, goals, and desires, ensuring they receive personalized care and attention.
**Community Integration**
You will work as a member of a team to support individuals in developing a full community-based daytime life, including skills and experiences associated with it.
**Positive Image and Relationships**
You will support individuals in presenting a positive image of themselves and the program, while also assisting them in developing long-lasting and meaningful relationships with family, friends, community members, and co-workers.
