Solution Based Treatment is Seeking highly motivated and organized individuals who can multi-task and produce in a high energy fast-paced environment. Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to be readily available at all hours when needed. Must have patience, tolerance and understanding of mental health, drug and alcohol addiction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Field incoming calls.
• Make outgoing calls.
• Make follow up calls.
• Place clients in a facility that best fits their needs.
• Obtain insurance information and/or financial capability for treatment options.
• Maintain potential client files and follow up on them regularly.
• Maintain professional behavior always.
• Compliant with all HIPPA requirements.
• Maintain professional written and verbal skills.
• Upload and maintain client logs through the placement process.
• Maintain contact with clients until arrival at the treatment center.
• Other duties assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of Mental Health
• Knowledge of 12 step program and recovery
• Must be able to work a computer, fax machine, calculator, telephone and copy machine.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.70 - $15.00 per hour
